15.7 cc iur buffer weight

H1 or H2 ?

I just went through this myself. From factory they come with "HH" aka H2, so I'd recommend that weight. I also opted for the Spike's Tactical buffer kit, they're labelled as a "T2" Give or take the same weight, the "T" is because the weights are tungsten.

The Colt Carbine H2 buffer was OOS on Brownells when I was looking so I went for the Spikes Tactical T2 (which had much better availability). Also got CS springs from Brownells.

With that my 15.7 blemish IUR ejects at 4 o'clock. My 14.5 Norc upper ejects at 2-3 o'clock with the same setup.

I'm also running a T2 with my IUR, and found the same thing. We were actually able to setup a bucket over my right shoulder to catch the spent brass, lol.
