True North sent me an email, Campro SPP buy 4000 and get 1000 free. Even with shipping came out to less than $500. These days that is a deal.

actually that isn't too bad for a brick of 1500

retailers are now forced o go to secondary markets for primers right now, as primary (Vista Outdoors & Olin) aren't shipping primers.

I was quite shocked as Dominion primers were avalaible, as they are Russian made. I'm guessing they were old stock or someones stash at wolverine.

Campro shipped out a large amount in the last week or so, as some retailers haven't got their orders yet. and the CRAFM ones werre a special order airshipped to Canada.

Yep got mine ordered yesterday from CRAFM 1500 count. Reloading is my addiction. They also had CCI SRP 1K for $105 if your ok to use in place of SPP.

Ive got 3k 9mm cases so this will help out until like some believe they are plentiful and cost $40 a brick like the good old days. :stirthepot2:

I dont fill my gas tank up either because gas will drop back to $129.9 soon also. :rolleyes:

Cableas Nanaimo will allow you to buy 2 sleeves of CCI SPMP at a time per visit for $13.99 ea.

I asked if I could do laps of the in and out door and he said no sir but you can come back tomorrow.

I had to fill out a form for the explosives act sale and he said my RPAL wasnt any good for primers as he slid it across the counter towards me.

So you dont even need ID to verify your using the correct info on the small sheet you fill out. So confusing TWK

Gun store staff are funny. Never needed to fill out forms for primers at Cabelas. Had two staff argue for 5 mins about needing or not needing PAL for powder at another LGS while I stood there saying I don't mind, while holding PAL up in my hand. No one looked at it. The argument was more fun.
 
^^^ I doubt that prices will ever come back downtown where we would like them. Stocked up pre Itar days, and prices are for the carton not just 1 sleeve.
And Speer 30cal 150gr psp for $6.95 at Scheels bargin bin.

I bought CCI BR-2 primers some time ago for $27.00/1000
I bought 5000, and do not regret that now.

Also picked up 10,000 LR primers [WLR/RP 9½] for $18.00/1000
at a gun show in 2012.

I'm not suffering, but many are really scratching at present due to
short supply. :( Dave.
