16 ga reloading recipe for Black 2 3/4" remington game load hulls?

That looks like a good load. When I have used similar loads I had to use a filler (Cork, styrofoam, cardboard etc. ) in the shot cup to get a good crimp - the SP16 is a good wad and one of the only ones available for 16 ga but is made for 1-1/8 oz of shot. Crimp will likely be dished in unless a filler is used.

Anyone have a recipe done up for these hulls that they wouldn't mind sharing. More specifically a target load 7 1/2 or 8 shot.

Cheers,
Brody

Honestly there are quite a few published loads for those 16ga black hulls if you look at some the powder manufacturer's sites or 16ga.com
The black hulls are a poor quality hull for the 16ga but since they are one of the few people have access to many reload them and get 3-4 reloads
You have to watch the base and resize since it is not brass and gets way out of shape after firing and I have found the hull lengths are not consistent and can vary enough to make final crimping hard but not all the time plus or minus 3/16. Just be aware
Here is one published load
Old Alliant book. 1 oz Rem black hulls ,21 gr Herco with the Claybuster WAA16 clone wad and the Rem 209P primer. This gives a velocity of 1220 fps and 9700 psi.
Cheers
