160 grain Accubonds 7mm

I haven't shot any game with them yet, but I have a bunch of 160 AB's loaded for my 7RM, with a max load of IMR7828, they shoot good though and I will be chasing moose with that setup soon!

A hunting partner has used the 140gr accubond out of his 7mmremmag to take several deer and moose. The wound channels look very similar to those made by the partition.

I have used Nosler Partitions for years, never lost a moose , bear or deer.140gr
In a 7mmwsm at 3285fps or in my old Model 700 in 280 express.
bought a couple of boxes accubonds, they shoot okay but not better than the Partitions. I would been selling my Partitions for accubonds. I find the Nosler BT are the most accuate im my 7mm under .500 but would only use them for deer in open air.

Deer fly in your part of Ontario??? If they are flying low enough, I would be tempted to use buckshot. Or a semi-auto with a high capacity magazine, iron sights, both eyes open and lettin' 'em rip.

shot some 160 gr Accubonds the other day, 57.0 grs AA3100 got me 2830 fps avg and very consistent velocity (5 fps Extreme spread on 4 rounds!). First couple groups were .6 or less, then it got hot out (25C+) and the shooting went south. Will try again soon on a calmer day, but it looks promising
