At the range with my 30-30. 170 ST dead centre at 100yds, leverevolution 6" high, same windage. I even feel a little torquing from the Hornady bullet. Sight adjusted, look out bambi.
170 grain ST's are my favourite in .30-30. I would use them on just about anything. Great penetration and expansion on deer and I think has been the standard for decades.
