i just used an adjuatable wrench to twist the whole nut off. came off without much fuss. i 2nd the threading not being perfect. when i pull the slr off for my criterion barrel i sure the threads wont be perfect.

But looking at it in the above picture, my BCL and SLR nut, and my 556i and 5.56 SLR barrel nut, it should work, unless BCL used a proprietary shape...

Thark, do you recall how long it took your order to "Ship" and then to arrive from SLR? placed one a week ago and still showing as "Processed" on their site.

Uhhh... 2 weeks at the most if I recall. My package was stalled by customs for assessment though.

I've also gotten several packages from several websites even when the order still said "processing/processed".

Wasn't sure what SOP was at SLR. Whether they update status or "Processed" just means "it's on it's way". I have nothing to put it on anyway. Just curious.
