.17 Fireball Ammo

I just bought a .17 fireball and can't believe how expensive the ammo is. It is between $31-$35 for 20 rounds if you can even find it.

Most factory ammo in any caliber is pretty darn expensive, compared to where it was 3or 4 years ago. P&D in Edmonton should have this ammo on the shelf. FS

last time I did the math, it was cheaper to shoot than 17 HMR if you reload.

"...just bought a..." Always find ammo first. .221 Fireball brass isn't cheap either, but you could make the .17 out of it with the right kit. Brass runs $63.95 per 100 at Shooter's Choice, in Waterloo.
They list .17 Fireball ammo at $35.95 per 20 and indicate they keep it in stock.
