Taurus makes a few revolvers in .17 HMR if i recall correctly.

Not likely to find any pistols as it is a rimmed cartridge. Plus why would you want one? Revolvers on the other hand are out there.

I believe that Kimber discontinued their .17 HMR 1911 due to functionality issues with the design. I just had a look on their web site and it appears that this model is no longer available.

I asked that question a few years ago on an American forum, in fact my thread title was same as yours. I've concluded that in Canada, there isn't and will not be a self-loading .17 HMR pistol made available.
