Does any body here know why are these casing bulging on the base, are
these normal ? but only on some of them ....

My marlin started to do that maybe even worst than yours, defenetly a head space thing. I sent it in to marlins Canadian service depot took a long time but I got a new bolt.

Scary thing was the gun was not new, this problem developed over time(1000-2000 rounds at least). I have no idea how that can happen. I have not had much of a chance to shoot it since I got it back it's actually a little stiff while feeding ammo now.

I've never seen that from my Savage, although I don't think I've had it long enough for a problem like that to develop from use. I have had the neck of a case split once though...

Sounds like it could be a headspace problem. If the bolt isn't closed all the way when you are shooting that won't help either. I had the same problem with one my marlins.

I am getting some neck splitting with fed ammo only. why is this?

There you go - all the more reason to shoot a CZ with a REAL bolt and a REAL action
