A few have made it up but they're rather uncommon as we need the suppressor ready version for barrel length. Last places I saw with any were Bullseye London and FOC.

Neat pistol but the suppressor sights and barrel protrusion really wreck the lines of an otherwise fantastic looking gun.
 
Yes sir, I had one. The P225-A1 with threaded barrel is a pretty great little gun. I ended up selling it to fund other purchases, but if you're into P225's, you really should get one! If you're interested in used, I've seen them occasionally on the EE. I'm fairly confident IRunGuns could bring one in for you, as well any stocking Sig dealer, it just may take a while to get here.
 
I picked one up about a year ago. Fortunately it came with standard night sights and not the larger suppressor style sights.
I don't think that there are that many in Canada at least I don't see many advertised. The site I got mine from has had them listed as "out of stock" since I bought mine.
I really enjoy this pistol and find it very accurate and fits great in the hand.
