These may be re-classified? Any one know about that happening?
Is this a Halloween trick? If so it's really scary one...So far it's exempted status...
As far as I know it can't be classified as anything until it fires a projectile over 500fps. As such it can't be a variant because it isn't a firearm. They may try to call it a replica though, but since it's a functional pellet/bb gun rather than an airsoft they'll have a harder time with it

These have been in the country for years, and frankly I dont see how people who arent currently PAL holders would have a clue about the change in their status. After all; if a lever action had a short barrel it would be restricted too(?), so maybe someone in the federal government should consider banning the red rider bb gun because clearly its a restricted weapon...just to see what happens. Its a BB gun people... RELAX!
