I believe MRA makes those
I did not believe they had any cold forge barrels?
DD has an 18 inch mk12 profile barrel that could be nice if they would do a special 18.6 inch run for Canada.
It's not known to many in Canada, but those Factory ACR 18.5" barrels are hammer forged and super accurate.
I've got the DMR(heavy) version and the Government (Skinny under handguard) that can launch 77gr OTM pills at 0.75 MOA regularly. Also tested between cold bore shot and while hot(After 150ish rounds), point of shift is nil for the DMR, and just maybe 0.5" for the government version.
The gas port is undersized(designed for piston), so you can either open it up to 0.078" (5/64 bit), or use a lightweight buffer/BCG system to run it reliably.
Eitherway, super accurate, durable, factory made. I wouldn't hesitate to grab another.
International Barrels based in Chilliwack make a 19" CFH .223 Wylde. AFAIK this is the same barrel Ryan Steacey has used to win his last 4 of 6 Service Rifle Championships...

What do you want a CHF barrel for? As I understand it, CHF is of limited benefit outside of machine gun applications. I guess they are cooler than button rifled barrels, though.
AFAIK, IBI barrels are button rifled, not CHF.
Even with a few 5-10 shot (pistol mag) mag dumps you can destroy the throat quite quickly getting the barrel hot. You don't even really need a 30 round mag to do so. Think of running a 3-gun setup and using Cross 10+10 doubled mags. You can get 20 rounds out very quickly. A couple instances of that can cause some pretty bad throat erosion.
Heck, a thread on ARFcom in the BCM (Bravo Company MFG) industry thread came to light that they said no more than an average of I think 17 rounds per minute or else you could void the warranty. Guy had a Drop in Auto Sear or something and shot the barrel out in a few hundred rounds.
The CHF MIL-11595e barrels resist throat erosion and damage far better than any other barrel types. So Daniel Defense, FN and even in this case the ACR barrels are actually really good barrels.

I was under the impression that the dmr barrel was stainless and not CHF?
