CBSA already examined some of the magazines and allowed them in to the country. With that information Zahal shipped the rest of the magazines that had already been ordered. It CBSA's turning Canadian gun owners into criminals due to there ineptitude. So what about the magazines they examined already and deemed legal?

That sucks. I presume you have the ability to appeal the decision, as with other CBSA decisions rendered? All hope is not lost - just because one CBSA lackey decided that these were illegal doesn't mean that they actually are. I had a Spartan Blades CQC Tool get seized under assumption that it was a Push Dagger and thus prohibited. I appealed it because that's ####ing ridiculous, won, and had my knife in my possession not a month later.

Keep us updated on how you make out on the appeal process!

Yes I have 90 days to appeal in writing but I'm not going to bother with it. Zahal has already given me a full refund.
 
Appeal it. What do you have to loose.

A number of years back I had some mags seized and the inspection was questionable. I appealed and the mags were sent to me. You have to write a good letter and have grounds for the appeal. It's been stated that they've already let some of these in so why did the others pass and yours get seized? Certainly a point for appeal.
 
It's just not worth my time to appeal and since Zahal issued a full refund right away there's no harm done imo. It sounded like they are going to follow up with the CBSA and see what the issue is. I'm just going to invest in the Barton mags instead.

First of all, shut your negativity. Jesu f ucking Christ u sadist. If u need a woman to release your frustration lmk.

Second of all, this shows how inconsistent our front line law enforcement are. Some of the BSO let them through no problem as they saw the rcmp notice and based on that situation that they were manufacture that way. Laser engraving is an extra step of manufacturing in making these LAR pistol, regardless of who makes it and at what length of body it was make at.

Why don't you simply go ahead and unpin your mags. Legally they would be the same as these prohibited devices.

And about help with my frustrations, i did not know that you were in flesh trade brokerage business. Which is also illegal similar to these mags.

Now imagine the headline in the newspaper if you were caught.

Part 1: They do weigh in from time to time... but with nothing to report..... why weigh in?

Part 2: They are bringing in great products, and offering very good deals a few times a year...
