Guys, My mate who was Fed up with the 338 Lack of Brass situation has finally had some imported from Merica. he also found 33 of a possible 60 which he'd shot LOL
so id assume he has around 130 pieces... life time stuff for this gun.
Anywho, We are goin to be loading up some Woodleighs 180gr , which are Technically labelled for a FEDERAL / 33-06 , with a Rec Impact Vel of 2000-2900fps... S.D of .226 B.C of .361..
as opposed to the 225gr WM @ .281 & .425 respectively.
they are almost half the price of the "338 win mag" Projectiles.... uhhmmmm ok.
So Im trying to find some Data/ Info on which Available-to-us Powder is best to use for this weight.
If you can give some Powders to start that arnt ADI, I can look up the Equivalents and double check before we get into.
