Hello:

Toggle link failure.

Any suggestion how to refasten the loop? It looks to be cast.

It is a clean break and fully accessible.

I didn't break it so not sure how much pressure/force was applied

I would have recommended silver soldering the pieces together, as long as you could get the two broken surfaces chemically clean

I'd try and figure out why the piece broke in the first place before repairing it.
History has a tendency to repeat itself.
