1897 12ga value, made in 1928

I have a take down 1928 Winchester 1897 in 12ga. I want to know in good condition what would it be worth? The stock is cracked at the moment but I will be getting a replacement. I am not looking to sell it, just trying to figure out what I have here.

The barrel length is 30" and it is a fixed full choke, an original shotgun.

I cannot get pics at the moment, assume good condition, meaning a little surface rust, all working condition.

Just looking at a ballpark since I had to pay to get it fixed, it was my grandpas gun and I will not be selling it.

Assuming it's in shootable condition, 50% bluing, start at $300.

Shooter grade guns don't really require pics . If it has 25% bluing $250-275 you get it the more bluing the more money a good clean field gun maybe up to $400-500
