1903 A3 smith carona barrel thread?

Does anyone know the dimentions for the barrel theads for a 1903 a3? Thinking about rebarreling to a 35 whelen, is the action strong enough or should I scrap the idea?

An as-issued 03A3 is too valuable to alter.

Especially a Smith-Corona. Only 236,831 of 'em made. A non-bubba'd rifle is worth around a grand. $300ish bubbafied.
