been wondering where the next rimfire journey takes me
coles notes version today
never bought one for years each summer was shooting other stuff
Covid and health has forced the sale of a lot of centerfire stuff and left a little void
saw a custom silhouette rifle for sale in EE here and a hour later it was mine
have a quarter section and a bunch of target stands and targets from years ago as well as a 50 meter semi-indoor range
covered on roof at firing and target points and light comes in for the rest, just one side not covered but bush 30 yards away so quite sheltered
was sitting at computer and the Xmas sale ad for Nordic marksman email just loaded
went on to the site and realized a great time to buy this rifle as 100 off and with the discount it is almost free
well as free in cost as it can be with wokeness and supply chain shortages

they have quite a few but betcha they are gone this weekend
I should let a few guys I know and they will be gone
good rifle for BR and gophers and then SILHOUETTE if your range has some targets
if not super Dave Johnson makes some and so do others
if you want a neat target system then look up challenge targets in the reactive rimfire section and the video is really something
no need to set up targets, they don’t get lost in the grass and do your lawnmower havoc
might buy a second one to let young shooters have some fun at the local range
WOW spring here I come
