Has your credit card been charged? If so then my guess it's waiting for the CFO to approve the transfer? If not then yeah something might be wrong with the order. If that's the case someone from the company should have at least tried to contact you to let you know.
I'm going on 3 days for mine so I'm not worried yet, just anxious

Got an e-mail saying they have initiated the transfer with CFC and are awaiting approval.
Took about 6 days (including weekend) to go from ordered on-line to this e-mail, all is good, now I will wait and see how long the CFC takes to do their part...
