Title is slightly misleading because I’ve searched this before and know that you can get a conversion kit to turn your current 1911 into a .22lr . What I’m wondering is, can you buy or acquire a conversion kit for your 1911-22 to make it chambered in 9mm or 45? I haven’t been able to find anything online and thought I’d ask here.

Highly unlikely. The frame would likely be designed to only handle the pressure of a .22LR bullet. Even with the proper slide, barrel, etc..., the frame itself likely wouldn't be sturdy enough to safely shoot it. I'm definitely not an expert, but that's how I would view this.

The frames are a cheap pot metal and so are the slides on these guns. Zmac or something like that.
I’m not a fan.
And also found the conversion slide unreliable when fitted to a .45 frame.
I know now that ammunition quality is critical in .22 pistol’s especially ones that use a full slide. I still think these things are cheap garbage in comparison to a TX22 or a Glock 44
