Hi everyone,

Where can one find, (and who has the best price on), quality 1911 mags in 9mm? I'm thinking along the lines of Wilson Combat, Tripp Research, Cobra etc. Does anyone have any other brand suggestions? Ideally I'm looking for 10 rounders.

I like Tripp Research (Cobra) magazines but so does everyone else it seems. I'm still waiting for my last two mags to show up in the mail. The only other mags I would bother spending my money on are the Wilson Combat. Good luck trying to find those as well, also very popular.
 
I ordered direct from Tripp Research. Price works out to $85.00 for two mags delivered to my door.

No. You place ONE order. Tripp will break up the shipment to comply with the stupid export laws. This goes for all exporters, not just Tripp. I ordered four mags. Then weeks later ordered two more because I like them and I couldn't find Wilson Combat anywhere. Don't cheap out on mags, you will regret it later.

This. Just order mags in quantities that are divisible by 3 to maximize on what you will pay for shipping, as Tripp can ship a maximum of 3 mags per shipment to comply with BS regs. Shipping will be $15/3 mags, as I recall...

Yep, just go with Tripp and don't worry about anything else. You won't regret it.

Just bought 6 directly from Tripp, $236 CAN, 1 order shipped in 2 different boxes by them to follow the law, no duty to pay.

They just receive some of their parts that were BO and began to ship last week, been on the waiting list since end of April.

They work great !

I have both Wilson ETM and Tripp for my Spartan. Tripp are cheaper, better made and better looking. I had to wait a long time for me (~1.5 months) but that was because of the big, BIG fires in Texas last year.
