1911 9mm question

I got another barrel to try in my new Norc 1911 9mm.

The original barrel is 0.500" at the muzzle.

The new one is 0.575" at the muzzle. I want to get another barrel bushing, rather than bugger up the original.

Which diameter is the same as Colt? Anyone know a source of a 0.575" bushing?

As I understand it bushings are matched to the barrel. So certainly do NOT do anything to the one which goes with the original barrel. Get a new one even if it's smaller and machine and then hone it out to suit the new barrel.

Brownells and you need one at .576" -- I like the Briley bushings with the titanium ring.

I have made an interesting discovery. The Norc 9mm barrel is 0.500" OD. Other make 9mm barrels for 1911 are 0.575" THE SAME AS A 45 BARREL. So all I need is a 45 ACP barrel bushing (I can borrow one off one of my 45s).
