Whats the trouble of holstering a 3# trigger?
I holster a 2.5# trigger and nothing scary about it, you do lock it, draw with a high thumb and only unlock on position 2 of your draw (when the 2 hands meet and pistol pointing forward).

If you're talking to me, i have shot 900 rounds in two days.
+/- 10 FTF, i blame it on ammo. I am using the same reloads as i was using on the shadow.
Hollo point fmj, 1.138" lenght,so yeah the tip of bullet barely touching mag and hitting the feedramp not going up.

Stay away from Rock Island Armory. Me and a buddy bought them for IPSC, worst thing I ever bought. We both have bought STI Trojans and have had zero problems since.

No holsters at my club. So no, I do not holster it. Why do you ask?
some people stay away from a lighter trigger until they are more experienced drawing from a holster for fear of shooting themselves in the leg.

I agree that is the right technique. The people I know that are wary of a lighter trigger use the blackhawk serpa holsters.

For the price hard to beat a Trojan in 9MM. Mine has been flawless. That said so was my Norinco at 1/3 the price. I still think the Trojan was the better buy despite the price difference.

Take Care

I have a SAM and an STI Tactical SS. The SAM has been great after a couple hundred round break in. The STI has been a little more work getting 10 round mags to fit due to the oversized extractor. My Wilson's hit the extractor. Tried to modify the mags and just induced misdeeds. Ordered some Tripps at the advice of STI and hoping that will fix the problems. The Wilson's used to feed great from my SAM until I monkeyed with them. May just swap the extractor out of the STI. Overall I was really impressed by hoe reliable and cheap the SAM was. Sure not as accurate as the STI though.
