Where would one find a 1911 Commander barrel in Canada?

Would prefer not to have to import one.

Would also prefer it was not a Norinco or Dlask barrel.

I don't think it's that simple.....

Doesn't the area in front of the lower lug have to be relieved to do that?

I had a commander without a barrel. I just put in a 5" barrel and it worked fine.
Just had 1/2" of barrel sticking out the front.
Had I cut it off and recrowned it as Ganderite suggested,
it would have been commander length.

I hate to sound like a doubting Thomas, since you say you've done it and it worked fine.......but every site I look up where someone asks about putting a government barrel in a commander references the bushing hitting the lower lugs.

stolen from another site:
The bushing will smash into the upper locking lug extension of a 5 inch barrel and damage both the bushing and the barrel and the the head of the recoil spring guide rod will smash against the forward angle of the lower locking lug and the gun will have difficulty in going into battery. Unless the lower locking lug is recontoured and the locking lug extension recut to match those of a Commander barrel, don't do it. Also, many 5 inch barrels have a reduced barrel diameter just aft of the muzzle, so you will need to obtain a 5 inch barrel that has a full diameter barrel from muzzle to locking lug.

sooooooo, for the sake of argument:

Anyone know where I can find a commander barrel in Canada? :)
