so i've googled the hell out of this and cant find really a clear answer as to what makes on better or worse over the other. could someone help shed some light on this for me?

flat or straight, long or short, it is all personal preference, I have big fat in the palm hands so I prefer a long arched trigger and flat mainspring housing.... to me the arched mainspring seems to make the pistol point wierd.... and the curved trigger feels good.

for people with smaller hands and not so thick palms they would probably prefer a short trigger... and maybe an arched mainspring housing....

it is all personal preference and only experience is going to tell you what your going to like and what fits your hand, I suggest you try them all.... the parts and cheap and easily fitted. (just go slow and use water stones to fit the trigger)

as an aside the ONLY people I have ever seen use a flat fronted trigger has been on competition guns with trigger pulls measured in the oz's.... and then for the close in stuff I think they "slap" the trigger alot instead of squeezing.

yea i've seen on some IPSC race guns they have flat triggers. however looking at 10-8 performance the mention that the flat triggers allows for consistent trigger pull distance and weight no matter where you place your finger.

yeah but 10-8 performance also mention :
***Please note that we do not ship any orders internationally

Brownells too won't ship you 10-8 performance, so if you can get one, PM me I need one too

BTW it's all personnal preference, finding the MSH-trigger combo you like

i wasn't looking at ordering as of yet i was just seeing flat triggers and i during my research i read the 10-8 performance product legislature, i was just quoting what i read.

i would prefer to try it on another 1911 before i spent the money.
