1911 grip screws

Hi everyone , I have a project gun I'm playing with (norinco 1911) the grip bushings were stripped when I received it , I have replaced the grip bushings with oversized bushings from brownells however I forgot to order new screws at the same time and it turns out the chinese grip screws are a different thread than standard grips screws, big surprise there but something I didnt think about till it became an issue. If anyone here knows where I can buy 4 standard 1911 grip screws in canada or maybe you have some you would part with let me know I'm happy to pay a fair price just hoping to avoid another long wait to get them from the states.

That seems strange. On mine the bushing to frame thread was metric but the grip screws themselves were standard.
