1911 in 22 and 45

Kimber units are awesome....

I have a Desert Warrior and a Kimber .22 conversion.... its a tack driver on either platform and loves anyting I feed it.... it cuts one hole at 20-25 with high velocity .22 ammo.

Kimbers go for $1000.00ish and up and the conversions are around $500.00, I got my conversion, used but like new, for $650.00 with 5 mags.

You wont be dissapointed.

all of them, .22 kits fit on most if not all of the .45 1911s

i have a norc 1911 in .45 and a colt .22 kit. i prefer colt kit to the kimber, the slide locks back on it like it should where as last i knew the kimber didnt
