NOPE.. US export laws only applies Brownells and they do that just to piss you off.

you should be able to order 3 from tripp... Or get an IIC and get brownells to get an export permit and order as many as you want..

I bought 5 mags and a cap, it came as two seperate packages, 2 mags +cap, 3 mags in other package

Exactly. Tripp will break your order down into smaller sub $100 orders. You have to pay separate shipping for each smaller order, but their shipping is reasonable.

Thanks for the reply this is what I was trying to get at, but I guess I should have been more clear for people like Sarcastro up there
