1911 Mags

Hey CGN, so I picked up a Norc 1911 that came with 9 mags. I wanted to have a cheap gun to shoot some 45 I was going to start loading. It's got your typical Norc finish but don't care about that, but I did want to 'polish' up the mags. Anyone make this a 'project' for a rainy day? What grit sandpaper did you use? Polishing wheel maybe? Tried to do a quick YT search but nothing so far.

To be honest, I have a norc mag and runs in all my 1911's 100%. They are sloppy fit, and finished like a dog but heck they work.

If you wanted to polish them, just get around your feed lips and it should be gtg. Fixing things that are not broken, tends to greate things that are broken.
