Looking to setup a pin/spring kit for my .45 classic gun (government length) what are your recipes do you use a buffer and how did it change cycle/impulse?
I'm getting into the casting game so planning to push a 230gr round nose powder coat somewhere in the 830-850 range as I've come into some cheap powder and that keeps me slightly above minimum charge.
As per usual I prefer form style answers to keep it neat this would be great:
Government or Commander
Cal.:
Buffer?
Mainspring: xx#
Recoil: xx#
Bullet: ###gr, style, jacket
Approx Velocity: ###Fps
This will help me make a informed decision and probably help others with malfunctioning guns.
