1911 Norinco Floating Barrel ??

I just purchased a Norinco 1911 and I like the gun but I have a concern. I have not fired this gun because I'm worried about the play
in the barrel when it's open, it's like it's floating, it moves front to back by 1mm and about half that side to side at the front of barrel but
this is only when open. The barrel seems tight when it's closed. I have a Colt Government 22 with a fixed to the frame barrel and I had a GSG 1911 22
but I don't remember that ones barrel moving around like this one does but this is my first larger caliber 1911.

This is completely normal when the barrel is in the unlocked position,typical of the swinging link of the 1911 design

and it doesn't cause a feeding problem? That was my biggest concern, it just seems like it would cause a jam every time it was feeding the chamber.

When you lock the slide back, no magazine and is the barrel resting on the frame? If so good to go.
