1911 question

I do like the FLGR, but I prefer the Wilson Combat tool-less version.

Damn, I've been doing it wrong for years apparently. I just remove the bushing first with a wrench and use that to control the spring and guide rod coming out the front before I pull the slide. Who knew?

main thing I like about the FLGR is my top end stays together when I pull it off. Less bits to go missing if I'm trying to look at the frame at the range.

Also I run a tungsten rod in my .40 1911 because I like the weight.

i have full length on both of mine just like the look
did the same on my Beretta 92fs inox jut prefer the look
heard the same about accuracy no idea if its true
