1911 slide needs new frame

Looking for some advice. I have a 1911 slide that is in excellent condition that needs a new frame. Is there a gunsmith in Canada that can fit a new frame and barrel to a used slide? Only place that came to mind was Dlask, but I'm looking for others opinions as well.

Lol no, somebody did it before me, they ####ed up the feed ramp in the frame, fortunately the 7" slide is in excellent shape though.

Check the cost, may be a full gun is cheaper or a norinco that some other hack has screw up.

If I remember the way it went, they had a longer back end to the slide and standard frames didn't match. So your slide would have to be shortened for visual purpose.
