My 1911 is getting completely refinished in Gunkote black at TacOrd. It's been over a week without it and I feel a little empty inside.

I should check my pants to see if my balls have shrunk.

That's exactly why I keep a Norinco 1911A1 in the safe, to fill the void of emptyness when I'm between semi-custom .45's.

Best $200 I've ever spent .

I would if I can obtain match barrel/slide easily, and I have yet to find a gunsmith in Canada to do work like these...

Who ever did the work on that 1911 knows their trade. In regard to a match barrel/slide, I have never seen a Norinco that needed one. I own two Norincos and they did fine out of the box and better with only a match barrel bushing. Regards, Richard

I do not know if your balls have shrunk but I am sure that wedgie is making you irritable

I looked and I found nothing like the American Pistolsmiths Guild existing in Canada. The slide on my Custom 9mm Colt was done by Alexander Hamilton, a member, alas he is in the USA.
