1911's in 9mm ... options and opinions please ...

I have a Kimber Stainless II and like it more than than my .45. 9mm is a soft shooter anyways but in the all steel Kimber it's sweet. I havn't had any failures even with light minor or sub-minor loads.

Sig traditional match elite!! Beautiful gun.

Absolutely this! I have a Trojan 9mm and a Sig in 45acp would not hesitate to get one in 9mm. The match elite is stainless has 25 lpi front strap checking for several hundred less than a blued Trojan. Better value in my opinion but both are accurate and reliable.

38supers rock, shoot flatter than a 10mm. Both cost a lot to shoot unless you reload.

Stick with a brand name, because the others uou will always sell.

Supers are hard to resell, thats why I am able to snap them up cheaply.

You can always get a 2nd barrel fitted and make it a 9mm too, think Colt only makes 38supers
