Thanks! Nothing fancy needed--they were taken on my back deck on a cloudy day on a piece of bristol board. Just used a tripod to keep the camera steady.

I'll take some REAL picture of it when it arrives. I received the registration certificate this evening. I'm all legal to go to the range with it, but I'm just missing the pistol. When it does arrive, I will do a range report on it.

That's the thing. Some guys just know how to set up a good picture from the start. Me, not so much! LOL!

Thanks! I should've mentioned that the grips are VZ 320s I bought separately.

It's a shame that they're so expensive now. But they do show up on the EE from time to time--this one was about 50% the cost of a new one.

Just received my SVI in both 9mm and 45ACP. Infinicoat and Titanium Nitride finish on all parts. Not yet fired......took 16 months for it to arrive and now am shooting Open division.....oh well, maybe sell it and build another SVI Open 38SC....

Just received my SVI in both 9mm and 45ACP. Infinicoat and Titanium Nitride finish on all parts. Not yet fired......took 16 months for it to arrive and now am shooting Open division.....oh well, maybe sell it and build another SVI Open 38SC....

I just never liked the 40 load....ever....so when I shoot Classic minor, I go directly to 9mm (where I don't have to fine tune the 10 round 40 mags, etc.) and if major, I get the big holes from a 45. I use VV N310 for both loads (9mm I used 147gr bullets) and have always found my splits are lower with those loads.

I would actually include half a dozen Tripps in each calibre to the buyer ... and throw in a new Ernie Hill (the gold and black one) speed holster....

RL1 if you haven't tried a LAR before I highly recommend it.

They may not make them anymore....but shooting one certainly makes me question how they could have ever stopped.

I'd put this next one on my list if I were you for sure though. THE COONAN in .357
