I got some nice Hogue plain double diamond grips. I agree though, the stock sti grips are nice, but the fact that they say "STI" on them was a detractor ... And they were gloss... I'm not a shiny kinda guy... Especially when it comes to 1911's ... It was a stretch enough for me to go for one that wasn't a 1911A1! ... Okay, not that much of a stretch ;)

A couple pics of a Norc that I just finished for my wife. She is doing her black badge with it this weekend. Her favourite colour is red, just in case that is hard to spot. The gun is one of the Canada Ammo deal ones, with a few Ed Brown and Wilson Combat goodies, plus some aluminum air soft grips from eBay.

Beautiful pistol, you have great taste....I imported a Les Baer UTC without FCS from Crazy John, I should have it sometime next week, it doesn't have all the options as yours but it will do,.... by the way do you have any spare Wilson mags ? ;)....just kidding ...
