I have so many nice subjects, but I have no skill with a camera.....

I may hire a pro to photograph my room and my collection. Be nice to have super high res pro images

I rallied all my 1911's together for a group shot, and one new one that just came home earlier this week...as stated above, I suck with a camera.

I have developed a liking for these guns. The 1911 style seems to fit me very well.

Very nice looking Colt! Please tell us more about your Nighthawk, how does it shoot?

The NHC is awesome. Fit and finish is what you'd expect from a gun like this. It locks up like a bank vault.

Range report is coming. I've been too busy to log any serious range time. I plan on getting the NHC and the colt out this weekend for a couple hundred rounds.

Very nice, guys. I see SIG 1911s are growing in popularity all the time. That Punisher grip looks pretty cool, but I would want it in brushed aluminum/steel/ti on my Nitron 1911.

Throwing a couple new pics up to showcase North America's premier restoration man, Nick at Vulcan. Not a new pistol but it was begging to come out of the safe.

Little bit of lint and dust on it, but what a piece of work. Nick, I still haven't fired this one, but the Ithaca you did for me runs like a top. Battle ready.

deadman, that thing is to die for. Absolutely awesome! I have to find something in crappy enough condition to warrant sending to him, that is great.....

On the left a Colt 1911 made in 1917 fitted with adjustable target sights (blasphemy) and after-market grips, it's a shooter. Next to the Colt is a SAM Commander_E .45ACP as it came from the factory.
