I'm looking at a combo sale

#1 1917 DWM Luger with holster, nice gun, a little wear on the bluing

#2 S&W Model 36 Chief Special 2" barrel Chrome plated, Flawless Just like it came out of the factory

The guy lost his 12(6) status and has to sell. He offered to sell them to me for $500 for both.

Is this a good deal?

luger alone is probably worth more than 500. I'd put it at about 800 without seeing it. The holster is a significant part of the value. Mags also can add a few hunded if original. Even more if serialed to the pistol.
