1918 bar dewat value?

Hi all I am trying to find out what is the appoxment value of a dewat 1918 bar it is old style dewat just bolt & barrel done. can #### and click and strip. over all it is in nice shape looking at buying it and want to know the going rate

the average price these days seems to be anywhere from 1200 to 1500 from what I saw
