Some dealers are charging that for the hex guns. As a recycled receiver gun, it's interesting enough to merit a small bump in price (in my view).
Also, the ones left at dealers for $199 are generally with frosted bores. If it's hex, matching and with a perfect bore, I think that price is very fair.
My Hex receiver is dated 1936. When I did some research they were supposed to have stopped making them early 1936 but who knows how long they took to use them all up.
The Russian recycled receivers throughout production whenever they could, esp during the ramp up to max production during 1941. I have a 1937 tula 91/30, 1941 izhevsk 91/30, and a 1944 tula m44, all "hex".
