I'm looking for a complete 1941 Johnson barrel, any condition. Please send reply with photo and price. Would also consider complete parts rifle if priced right. Thanks, Servant.

There is on on GB right now,US $800,does not ship to Canada so you would have to have it imported.

Do you have any idea how much extra machine work went into the Johnson's barrel? It may have started out as a Springfield barrel but they are nothing alike
In re reading the OP i missed the request for a "complete" johnson baŕrel, but:

A johnson barrel is composed of a springfield barrel threaded into the barrel extension. The other parts are just pressed on.

Really no machining involved other than shortening from 24" to 22".

Assuming that you have a washed or burnt out .30-06 barrel in your gun.

I know of easily a dozen guns rebarreled in this way. One is chambered in .308

Sorry, all I've got is a 1959 Johnson, and it's only got half of the aforementioned 24" to 22" length.

Not used much anymore, other than late at night for short stop and go bursts.

Not chrome lined, but well lubed.

Has caused a lot of expense over the years, but not really worth much now.

There is a seller on GB who is selling the rear and center bushings for the barrel, maybe a gun smith in Canada could make a barrel for you with these parts.
