1949 SKS Value?

Hello brain trust, looking to possibly sell my SKS so I'm trying to figure out a value in today's market – 1949 Tula with laminate stock, spike bayonet, 90 degree gas port with square sling attachment, takedown lever has hole in it. Safety lever is grooved. Squared rear sight mount to barrel. It is a number matching on bolt, left side of receiver, left side of stock, magazine, trigger guard. “1949r” with Tula star on receiver.

1000 dollars would be reachable with a nice old one like yours. If it was mine I would keep it, as it's value is only going to keep going up, and it is rare now.

The laminate stock means it is refurbished. The 1949 pop up once in a while, non chrome lined. I would say $700, maybe a little more but hard to say without pictures. I have seen them for less this year. Not a big collector market and yours is not a collector. Also depends on how the mag is pinned.

SKS prices are down right now overall. They fluctuate depending on how many are available and looking at the numbers imported, it will stay like this.
