1959 Remington 700, Does it age increase or decrease its value?

Did the first 700s have 20 inch barrels, in the standard centre fire rifles?

If I dated mine correctly, 1965, I think it's a 22" barrel.

Saw one yesterday billed as a 700 but it is obviously a 721. .30-06 with a 24 inch barrel and there is a hump in the barrel about 6 - 8" ahead of the action.
Has an older Lyman scope that is about 2X with a side mount.
