Hi folks.

I acquired a very used Browning BAR in .30-06. It is drilled and tapped but came with irons. It is in no shape to be a collector piece. I was wondering if any of you fine folks ever successfully fitted a picatinny rail on top? If not, what kind of bases and rings worked well? I will likely put a regular, modern scope on it but I am not 100% set on whatI want.

Thank you for your time.

Looks like talley makes a picatinny rail for them.
