1973 Winchester RCMP Comemerative

Hello,

My dad just gave me a 1973 Winchester 30-30 RCMP commemorative. Still in the box ( box is in rough shape no paper work) Never fired oiled up so not even a hint of rust anywhere. He bought it when I was a baby with the thought he would give it to me someday. Just to be clear its not the MP edition. It was for sale to the general public. I'm not looking to sell it. but I'd like to know a value for it if anyone has some idea. ( Mainly for insurance)

any feed back would be great.
