1986 Ducks Unlimited Winchester 94 30-30 value?

I have a 1986 Ducks Unlimited Winchester 94 30-30 AE XTR and I was wondering if anyone here knows the value of this rifle? It is in very good condition, only half a box fired through it. Not in original box or anything like that. I've found that only 1400 were made and I've seen some from $1000 to $1200 online. Is that about what I would expect to get from it if I sold it, or is that the value of unfired in original box. Any help would be appreciated.
 
if people are collecting them, they don't want it fired, and definitely the original box.
once the gun is fired, it's another used 30-30. imo
 
I'd value it the same as a non DU gun.

But winchester buyers continue to baffle me on what they will pay sometimes.
 
We had one at our diner auction that year and it sold for $700 bucks. I remember that well because the buyer tried to back out of his bid after the auction. Didn't work. DU auction guns are not worth big dollars after the fact, especially when they have been fired/used. Now it's just a Win. 94 30-30 with upgraded wood, some scroll work, and Ducks Unlimited written on it. It is worth what someone is willing to give for it which is probably go to be in the neighbourhood of 6-7 hundred bucks.
