1st Defiance action in Canada

Just finished building a 338LAI on the very 1st Defiance Rebel action into Canada.
Defiance is from the genius of Glenn Harrison of Nesika fame.
These actions are made of 15-5 stainless and feature a true 1 piece bolt body.
Very well made and exquisitly finished action.
This 1 we put a 29.5" Rock Creek stainless 5R barrel on, along with our own ATRS gill brake. The stock is McMillan A5 and DBM is HS Precision. Trigger is a Jewel

IIRC the one piece bolt on the original Nesika was machined out of plate. Is this still the case?
 
Am I right in assuming they're based on a 700 footprint? Do they offer both short and long action? What is a ballpark price on them?

They may have imported some Defiance actions, but these particular actions are a collaboration between Glenn and myself and are the 1st of these in Canada. They can not be purchased through any other means. I had to get an FRT number specific to these particular actions created by the CFC

They are longer than a 700 slightly, have thicker deeper recoil lug but will accept any trigger a 700 will.
Some minor modification to the stock would be required, but nothing major.
These actions are $1800.00 complete with rail and lug.
I have not bothered with short action as we are making our own now, with long actions to follow when time permits.
