Did you make sure the die made contact with shell holder and give it an extra 1/16 to 1/8th turn in?
Make sure you go "over the top", so that press handle moves slightly past that die/shell holder contact point.
Interesting sight pusher, but I poked mine out with a slim brass rod and small hammer. I first put a few drops of Deep Creep onto the front sight race way, let it soak in for 10 minutes and then loosened the hold down screw. A light tapping moved the bugger out.
Funny how folks come up with gadgets to do the job of simple, experienced labor.
I can now file the sight to the right thickness for my eyes. Next range session should be entertaining.
Got all the brass separated. Some is tough to chamber in either rifle but not so much to bother passing it through the FL die again, with the die screwed down a little more. Only two pieces wouldn't chamber in either rifle and then just one after I passed them through the readjusted die. Really can't figure it out. Anyway I'll shoot the already loaded rounds then see what my results are after FL resizing.
Rotate the problem cases a 1/4 turn all the way around in the FL die. Try chambering again then measure case length.
Annealing the cases may be required. I had one batch of Prvi cases that came without enough annealing.
