Correct. Its to give you the speed to deal with snap and moving a targets at closer ranges without having to touch the turrets or controls, while still having the ability to dial in for long distance deliberate shots.

I dial for distance and hold for wind, regardless of distance. Holding for wind what why I like FFP.

I know that these scopes will be a hit and have ordered accordingly and the interest is strong. NF are the world's most reliable scopes, but Hensoldt(Cassidian) and S&B had better glass and the BR models were too heavy for some BR and FClass. This has been addressed and NF has triple-kicked everybodies ass.
